it is inspiring. I passed the 500 post mark not long ago myself. not quite as much success with getting gigs as you've had, but a few good ones have resulted and I'm working on ways to increase that...
congratulations, Michelle.

I actually started my blog a year after I started my organizing business. Never blogged when I was a writer. Go figure! But you're right, good blogging can be a boost to any business.

Congratulations to you too Janine, it is quite an accomplishment, especially since your business has moved away from writing and toward organizing since you started blogging, it's great that you keep it up. It shows that no matter what type of service you provide, blogging is good for business.

Congrats on the milestone, Michelle! I think 500 posts in 2.5 years is really impressive in sheer quantity. Add to that the quality of the posts and the opportunities you've gained from blogging are certainly understandable -- and well deserved.

You've caused me to take a look at when I'll reach that milestone (20 more posts to go...but I've been blogging since November 2006). I'll have to figure out what to do to celebrate. Thank you!

You're an amazing inspiration! Thank you for sharing your 500th blog post and the encouraging bits of information related to it. I agree that anyone can achieve a similar success as long as she perseveres without seeing any results for some time. I've discovered your blog a short while ago, and I'm terribly enjoying the updates as a novice blogger. Thanks a lot! :)
