I&#039;m all for increasing my skills, but pitches take enough time as is. With word counts plummeting and pay-per-word unchanged since the 70s, I&#039;m hoping publications are willing to pay extra for these time-consuming add-ons.</description>

		<description>I think in a pitch you could include a snippet of video, or a single photo or a description of the a/v that you&#039;d include in a finished piece to give the editor a taste of what you&#039;re capable of doing. Then once you&#039;ve got the assignment you could work out the particulars.
