I've found that having a BlackBerry eases some of the anxiety of being separated from my email box, but I don't respond unless I have to, because it's a pain to type on that tiny keyboard. I've had #4 happen to me. In fact, I receieved an assignment from one of my favorite women's mags while enroute to Hawaii. That was worth spending a little extra time at Starbucks once I arrived to iron out the details. Glad you enjoyed your time off!
